Common questions

How long does a detail take?

From about 2 hours for a Hermes to 4–5 hours for a full Odyssey detail, depending on the vehicle size and condition.

Do I need to be home?

Someone needs to meet us when we arrive and be available when we finish so we can show you the results. You don't need to stay outside with us.

Which package should I choose?

If the inside is the problem, choose Athena. If the paint and wheels need the attention, choose Poseidon. For a complete reset, choose Odyssey. If the car is already in good shape, Hermes keeps it there.

How should I prepare my car?

Remove personal items and trash, and make sure we can park next to your car at your home. When you book, we confirm the rest, including access to an outdoor faucet and an outlet.

What areas do you serve?

We come to homes in Las Vegas and Henderson.

What if my car is very dirty?

Our prices are for a vehicle in normal condition. Send us a few photos by text and we'll quote you before the appointment, so there are no surprises.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel for free with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged $25.

Do you offer ceramic coating or paint correction?

Not yet. Today we focus on detail packages, sealant protection and maintenance plans.
